The Botanical Gardens of Silver Springs has an impressive catalogue of tree species specially selected by our Tree & Shrub Team for our Tree Sponsorship Program. The trees offered in this program have been established and monitored for at least 3 years and have proven to withstand our climate.

The sponsorship trees are located throughout the Botanical Gardens. We will help you choose a tree to sponsor by arranging a walk-about through the area of the park in which you are interested.
​
Your donation of $750.00 will secure a tree for the natural life of the tree. If, within 5 years of sponsorship, the tree dies, you will be offered a replacement. Tax receipts are issued for your donation.
​
A dedication plaque with your personal message of up to 200 characters and the common and botanical name of the tree is included.

SPONSOR A TREE
There are many reasons for sponsoring a bench! Gifting a sponsorship is a memorable way to celebrate Births, Graduations, Anniversaries, Retirements and other special occasions, as well as Memorials and Dedications.

The Botanical Gardens of Silver Springs offers 4 benches per year in pre-approved locations within the park for sponsorship.
Our 6’ benches are made of 100% recycled UV-protected plastic in a grey and black woodgrain finish. They are wonderfully comfortable and durable.
​
The cost of sponsoring a bench is $3000.00 for a 10-year period with the option to renew for an additional 10-year period at 50% of the original cost. ($1500.00). The Botanical Gardens maintains the bench for the entirety of the sponsorship. Tax receipts are issued for your donation.
​
A dedication plaque with your personal message of up to 200 characters is included. When possible, your plaque is returned to you when your sponsorship concludes.

SPONSOR A BENCH
The Botanical Gardens of Silver Springs have 22 individual gardens within the park. The gardens selected by BGSS for sponsorship are maintained solely by dedicated BGSS volunteers.

We are pleased to offer sponsorships in 3 price ranges. You may choose to sponsor more than 1 garden. Our garden sponsorships are based on a 5-year commitment; fees are paid annually on January 31 of each year, with the option to renew at the conclusion of the 5-year agreement. Tax receipts are issued annually.
​
Sponsorship includes a 5”x 5” plaque with your name and message placed in the garden of choice.
​
Corporate sponsors are acknowledged on our website and printed promotional materials.

SPONSOR A GARDEN
Within the Botanical Gardens of Silver Springs we are fortunate to have 2 beautiful picnic areas.
Our FRUIT GROVE offers a relaxing, lightly shaded area surrounded by many varieties of trees including Apple, Crabapple and Pear as well as Raspberries among others.
The OAK GROVE presents a restful “forest-like” atmosphere that includes Oak, and Pine trees. It is a calm shady place to enjoy a break.
We offer 4 picnic tables per year in pre-approved locations within either Grove for sponsorship. The sturdy 6’ picnic tables are made of 100% recycled UV protected plastic in a grey and black woodgrain finish.
The cost of sponsoring a picnic table is $3500.00 for a 10-year period with the option to renew for an additional 10-year period at 50% of the original cost. ($1750.00). The Botanical Gardens maintains the table for the entirety of the sponsorship. Tax receipts are issued for your donation.
