Our Gardens

Canadian Heritage Rose Garden

This is a newly developed garden and will incorporate Canadian Heritiage roses.  Planting will being in 2026.

Crevice Garden

The alpine crevice garden features alpine plants that flourish in mountainous areas. The technique of creating crevices similar to that found in the mountains is demonstrated here. There is also a surrounding area of native plants. This garden is a partnership with Calgary Rock and Alpine Gardening Society. This garden is available to be sponsored. Please visit our Support Us page for more information.

Deer-Resistible Garden

Deer can cause significant plant damage, and gardening in shade adds another challenge.
This garden showcases shade-loving plants that are generally considered deer-resistant. However, no plant is truly deer-proof—hungry deer will eat almost anything when food is scarce. The species here are simply among the least appealing, meaning deer are more likely to choose tastier options elsewhere…perhaps in your neighbour’s garden!  This garden is available to be sponsored. Please visit our Support Us page for more information.
