Trees

The Botanical Gardens of Silver Springs began with the planting of trees in the BirthPlace Forest.  As the Gardens grew, additional trees were planted to demonstrate the variety of trees that can be grown in Calgary.  The Botanical Gardens works closely with the City of Calgary Urban Forestry Department to maintain the trees and recommend trees to be planted.
