The Botanical Gardens of Silver Springs (BGSS) have partnered with Cinch Communications out of Red Deer, AB to launch our new website. We hope that you’ll come back time and again to learn more about what’s going on at BGSS, and of course, to learn more about the plants & trees that you can find there.

More options for searching the Plant DB
We've added a new Events & News Page which we're planning to update on a regular basis.
New options for making donations to the gardens.
We've added new pages dedicated to providing information about some of our plants, including our Rose Collection as well as some of the trees you can find in the gardens.
We've added the Gateway Garden to our list of gardens in the Plant database. And stay tuned for the addition of the Martagon Lily garden which we've already been working on this fall.
We’re proud to say that BGSS continues to be 100% run by our dedicated group of volunteers!

Please note that the QR codes on the garden posts will be updated over the next two weeks. This will allow visitors to use their phones to easily navigate to a list of all the plants that are available in a particular garden.
