Notes:

Orange-red fruit ripens in Fall and is attractive to birds. Scarlet Fall Color. Buds are hairy compared to more sticky buds of the American Mountain Ash. This tree is becoming invasive in Calgary's river valleys so try to find a cultivar of this tree instead. Ex. Sorbus aucuparia 'Rossica'
