Notes:

Ninebark gets its name from the exfoliating bark that peels away in strips. Attractive purple foliage with flowers that resemble Spiraea. Drooping clusters of red fruit in Fall. Good for mass plantings and hedges. Shrub can be rejuvenated and cut to the ground if it is getting too overgrown.
